 your body is your temple, it is your way of navigating and creating anything here in the physical world, 

you MUST; KNOW how to use it and how it works, you will then start to UNDERSTAND what the basic needs are in order to provide nourishment and fuel,

which ultimately will allow you to NAVIGATE and create anything by way of imagination

We start with self-responsibility, the cornerstone of transformation. This stage requires you to take ownership of where you are in life and the choices you have made. This includes focusing on both body and mind
